The Board

The Marine Renewables Industry Association Ltd is a company registered in the Republic of Ireland (CRO no: 468863; VAT no: 946655 I). The Board deals with the corporate business of MRIA which is a not-for-profit organisation and the shares are held by the officers. The Board members are

The Council

The Council is appointed by the Members and is the prime policy making body of the MRIA.
